The following case study presents the project through its production structure, including filming conditions, postproduction workflow and broadcaster delivery.

Context

Kulturna tura is a cultural television programme documenting artistic events held across multiple locations over an extended period.

Filming followed real performance schedules and was carried out without controlled staging conditions.

Role

Centar Cinema carried out executive production, including filming organization, coordination with the editorial department and full postproduction workflow.

The studio was responsible for field executive production planning, technical supervision and preparation of the final broadcast master.

Production

Two episodes were filmed across fourteen production days covering approximately twenty locations.

Filming followed live event schedules and required constant adjustment to performance timing, travel conditions and location limitations.

Production was organized with a small mobile crew, with filming and postproduction running in parallel in order to meet editorial delivery deadlines.

Delivery

Episodes were delivered to the RTS2 cultural editorial department, including technical masters and required programme documentation.

Additional episodes were filmed for upcoming broadcast.
