This project is described through its production process, outlining the responsibilities of the studio and the conditions of filming, postproduction and broadcast delivery.
Context
Putevi ukusa is an author travel/culinary documentary television series filmed across multiple locations in real environments. The format combines structured planning with field filming in changing conditions, without controlled staging.
Role
Centar Cinema developed and produced the project from concept to broadcast delivery. Work included format development, production planning, filming organization, postproduction and coordination with the broadcaster. The project was produced internally, from development to final master.
Production

Each episode was filmed across several locations within a tight shooting schedule, with a mobile crew of three to six people.

The first season included more than thirty locations filmed within a short production period.

Filming required constant adaptation to location conditions while maintaining a fixed episode structure and broadcast duration.

Editing, sound and colour finishing were done internally.
Postproduction ran in parallel with filming in order to meet broadcast deadlines.

Delivery

Six episodes were delivered for broadcast on Balkan Trip television, including final masters and required technical documentation. Preparation of an additional season of six episodes is currently in progress.

Final masters and technical documentation delivered by the studio. Available via official broadcaster platform.
